We are hiring a TA Project Manager to work with our Key Account Managers to provide premium-level RPO-style Talent Acquisition Department service to our key clients around the world. You will be responsible for all the talent sourcing, screening and presenting open roles for one or more of our key clients.

Our key clients vary from hyper-growth tech start-ups to world renown hedge funds.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client's needs and deliver according to our service level agreements. For instance, make the required number of candidate calls on a regular basis.
  • Build global applicant sources by researching and contacting multiple channels, providing organization information and opportunities, and maintaining rapport.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, reviewing assessment results, analyzing responses, and verifying references.
  • Record and provide weekly progress reports to Key Accounts with details of all the engagement records with potential candidates
  • Support Key Account Managers with administrative work such as database entry, note taking, posting job ads, and applicant management.

Hard Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)

Soft Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, enjoys keeping track of data, analyzing them, and making improvements accordingly
  • Comfortable with a highly transparent culture. Willing to take feedback, learn, and change behaviors quickly
  • Prior experience in recruitment is not a must, however, interest in recruitment is required.
  • Experience in a highly demanding and fast-changing environment is a plus
