Business Development Consultant

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Consultants to help us expand our global clientele in recruitment industry. You will be the spearhead of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through signing contracts with prominent technology companies given diverse market needs and forging strong relationships with clients globally.

Who are we looking for?

Individuals with experience at another recruitment firm who are already having successful outbound BD experiences and keen to focus on BD role.

Responsibility

  • Generate new leads via differnet channels, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and select the deals inline with strategies
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed request for RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis. Partner with our technical account managers to negotiate prices for proactive proposals and get closure on the deals.
  • Execute and provide feedback on sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, development of proposals and presentations and best practices across the company
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Qualifications

Must have the following three qualifications:

  1. High-achieving with proven record: This role will be very KPI driven and we would look for ambitious individuals who have proven track record in successfully signing new outbound clients in recruitment industry.
  2. Smart and resourceful: Can easily think outside the box, handle objections from clients, able to sell different things and get the deals closed.
  3. Well-connected with people: Has a genuine passion for building relationships and enjoy connecting and networking with people.

Optional qualifications:

  • Have successful BD experiences in signing with technology companies
  • Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills in English
  • Able to have frequent business travels per business needs
  • Passion in technology and the startup ecosystem
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work with great deal of autonomy within a growing business
