Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled technologist/quantitative developer with a moral compass and sense of responsibility who has kept their imagination. We value interest and capabilities as much as formal experience.

Hard Requirements

• Programming Languages: Substantial experience with C++
• Must have substantial experience working in a Linux environment
• Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of quantitative techniques and computer science – data structures and algorithms.
• Must have strong knowledge of declarative programming.
• Must be comfortable with the finer points of C++ , and should be ready and able to go deep when necessary to identify and address the root cause of problems.
• Able to write and develop domain-specific languages where they are an appropriate solution to a business challenge.
• Capable of accepting direction should the longer-term strategic goals of the firm prefer a particular solution.
• Able to communicate both at the level of ideas and concretely either in writing or in person/by telephone.

Soft Requirements

• Strong ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in verbal and written form
